Anna Zaire’s has picked up a the pace a bit in the second book of her “Capture Me” series. This installment was much more to my personal liking because it had more interaction between the main characters, Yulia and Lucas. The first book left me wanting more, this one kept me on the edge of my seat! I hate to give away spoilers for those who haven’t read the book, but I will say this book ends in a cliff hanger. Personally, I can’t wait for the third book to be released! The characters are really starting to be developed and show more emotion that I would expect in their situation. Lucas has been on the fence from the beginning with his emotions for Yulia. She causes many of his friends to die, albeit a bit indirectly. She didn’t shoot them down, but she did provide the intel that lead to the disaster. In “Bind Me,” I felt Yulia’s reaction was true to her surroundings. She is developing feelings for Lucas, but she didn’t let those feelings cloud her judgement. She understands clearly in this book she is being held against her will and acts to escape! The suspense was great and again, I look forward to the conclusion of Lucas and Yulia’s story. Thanks Anna for another amazing read!

This series.... It just keeps getting better and better! I love how much this story is definitely it's own story, but how you can also see it fitting in with Nora and Julian's story. In this book, we get to go deeper into the obsession that is Yulia and just how possessive Lucas is over her.

We dive deeper into Yulia's past, which is rather tragic. In turn, we get to see more of Lucas's tender side as he slowly but surely peels back the layers that are Yulia.

This book has some twists and turns that I totally didn't see coming and I loved that!! There was plenty of suspense which kept me turning pages until the very end! This was an amazing second book in the trilogy and I cannot wait to see what the conclusion will bring!!

If you haven't read the Twist Me series yet, I'd reccomend you start there. Lucas is the second in command to the powerful arms dealer, Julian, who stars in the Twist Me series.

Capture Me is the first book in Lucas's series, and this book, Bind Me, is the second.

This was another amazing page turner by Anna Zaires! I couldn't put it down as I watched Lucas fall for Yulia, all the while keeping her tied up and not realizing his "competition" was her baby brother not another lover.

This book leaves off right where Lucas's story in the Twist Me triliogy ends... I'm dying to know what happens after Yulia escapes, and how Lucas will get her back. I can't wait to start the third book in this series, Claim Me.
This continues immediately after Capture Me for roughly two weeks until the Chicago trip, so we are still in the Twist Me series timeline with no new developments. If you've read Twist Me, you'll know there is still quite aways to go before we get to new material. The title of Bind Me is perfect because most of the book goes like this wake up, sex, bathroom break, breakfast, tie Yulia up with TV/book, go to work, untie Yulia, bathroom break, lunch, sex, tie Yulia up, go back to work, untie, bathroom break, make dinner together, sex, handcuff to bed, and more sex. She refuses to talk and he won't back down. Not a lot happens, but it is super fast reading and the sex scenes are very well written. She's holding onto a major secret and its all going to get revealed in the final book, which is much bigger so maybe we'll get some brand new material not already revealed in the Twist Me series!

As with book one, I was left all AQUIVER by the cunning cat and mouse games between these two tempestuous lovers, and the smoldering heat between the dangerously sexy Lucas and his crafty yet achingly vulnerable Yulia was positively ELECTRIFYING!

They may both be working their own hidden agendas and neither trusted the other, but when it came down to it, their hearts were bound so rightly together I could not help but be swept up in the throes of this passionate love story! The tension and push-pull between Lucas and Yulia was fraught with wrenching emotion and even though this story was less action packed than its predecessor and Lucas was, in my opinion, a tad too soft and forgiving toward his traitorous prisoner, I was FULLY INVESTED in this breathtaking dark romance!

My heart ached for Yulia once more glimpses of her harrowing background came to light, and I loved swoony Lucas beyond measure!! I positively MELTED at his fiercely tender devotion and savage possessiveness toward the stunning object of his obsessive desires and fell hopelessly in love right along with the protagonists!

And Omggggg that cliffy ending gave me HEART PALPITATIONS! After all the adrenaline-pumping buildup, the third and final installment, Claim Me, is guaranteed to be a game changer. I can't flipping wait for this thrilling trilogy to reach a shattering crescendo! Kudos, Anna Zaires for another bloody brilliant tale!!!!
